Ms. Shiels Five-Minute Fudge Recipe

Hi everyone! Here is my super duper easy fudge recipe. If you ever make it ask for adult help. This is a very simple recipe but don’t tell anyone okay, let’s keep that between you and me :)

1 2/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 Tablespoon butter
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Line an 8-inch baking pan with waxed paper; set aside
Combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter in saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring contantly. Boil for 4 minutes or until mixture starts to thicken. Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract until marshmallows and chocolate melt. Pour into prepared pan. Chill until set.
Cut into small sqares and store in refrigerator. Makes 49 squares.

Variation
Stir 1/2 cup walnuts, pecans, or dried fruit into the melted chocolate mixture.
I have also used a variety of chocolate chips. When I brought the mint fudge I put in mint chocolate chips instead of semisweet chocolate chips. I wonder what reeses pieces chocolate chip fudge would taste like?

Good luck with making this fudge! Let me know how you make out!
