Here are the steps to put a picture on the blog. Check out the pictures under each written task. I have circled in red what you need to do. First click on “write a new post”.  Make sure you click on the “visual box”. Then click on the “first little picture box” located right beside the insert.

If you have your pictures online you can enter the url but I am going to show you how to download them from your computer. Click on the box “from computer”.

When you see the page that is shown below, click on the “select files”.

Locate your pictures from your folder in your computer and then double click on the picture you would like to upload.

You will see a large box with your upload on the your screen. You can name your picture in the caption box if you would like. For example, I could have named mine screenshot #1. When you are done doing that click on the “insert into post” box.

Your picture should be put into your new post. You can write on top of the photo or below the photo. If you add more than one photo, make sure the cursor is placed where you want the photo placed. For example if I want my next photo to go under this Ms. Shiels blog picture below I have to place the cursor onto the bottom right of the picture and then press enter twice. After I have done this I repeat all the above steps to upload a new photo.
