In India there was an Ancient  custom called the caste system in which all the people are divided into 4 types  of castes based on their occupation.The Highest class is the priest class who enjoy all the rights and authority in the society . The second class is the wealthy class.The third class is the middle class and the 4th class which is the lowest class consists of the workers who have the least rights and respect in the society.Though the government has banned this system it is still being followed  in some schools in India. The low class children  are ill-treated buy making them sit on the floor and the higher class students are made to sit on the seats.Once I was going to such a school and since I belonged to the 2nd class I was made to sit on the seats but I saw all the low class students being ill-treated so I think the government has to strictly banish this system and must completely eradicate it from the society.
