Mr. N's Class

summary:

Travis eventually told Momma about Old Yeller, but he still snuck out every night. They tried tying him to a rope and cowhide, but he just bit through it. There was one last choice. Old Yeller would have to sleep with Travis and Little Arliss. He stayed in the room, but then the varmints came. Old Yeller and Travis had to sleep outside in the corn field. They had to fight a wild boar. Old Yeller fought and fought. He finally scared it away. Then their was trying to milk a crazy cow. Old Yeller had to bite it in the nose and flip her. She finally sat still at milking time. There also were the skunks that sunk like you couldn’t believe. You’d think after all this how Travis was torn up when someone came to claim Old Yeller.

When Travis started thinking about what lisbaeth said. He finally told mom. Mom didn’t like it. She didn’t like it. Each night somthing would go in the corn field. So each night they would sleep in the corn field with their guns. Then one time they were sleeping out in the corn fields then they saw a coon. Travis was about to pick up the gun. Right when he did old yeller ran out to go kill it. Travis didn’t want to shoot because he might miss and shoot old yeller in stead. He was just watching this whole thing happen.old yeller was getting it all right. The coon was almost died. The coon was died now. When I looked at yeller he was a sleep right then I let him sleep.

That day lisbeth came over. Lis Beth stayed for dinner. Lisbeth told Travis that old yeller was stealing things for other people. That started getting in his head. He started thing what if somebody saw that and told the police. Then the police followed old yeller home . That was really scary for travis. That day he couldn’t get it out of his mind when lisbeth got home they all went to bed.

This is a short chapter.

Little Ariss was always trying to get little things into his pocket. Like snakes crickets assorts of things. But when old yeller came they would go down to the pond and old yeller would dunk his head under and grap something and somtimes he would tell things that aren’t true that old yeller did and not him. Then Travis would try to explain what really happened but then mom would just laugh at him at tell Travis to let Little Ariss tell his story. Then one day I was out doing my chours and I heard little Ariss scream. But this was a horrifying scream. I ran to go see what was wrong. Then I saw Little Ariss holding a cub. Right behind him was the mama bear. When old yeller saw this he started atacking the bear. When I saw this I yelled for little Ariss to run to me and drop the cub. But he didn’t do it. When he saw the big bear he did exactly what Travis said to do. When all that was finished I liked old yeller now. I like him because he saved my brother. Now I know that I really want him at my house and helping me protect my family.

A couple days later he fond a nether way to get rid of old yeller. It began when two bulls were fighting. When old yeller saw this he went after the two bulls while Travis was trying to get away and stop them at the same time. Then old yeller pushed a bull into a cart. That cart rolled down the hill a fast as you could think. Then the one bull was happy that he started to run all over. Then that second I thought that is one reason that she would get rid of that stupid dog. She didn’t like that idea. So I guess that we are keeping that dog that ugly,stupid annoying old yeller.
