The students created their own avatars by going to this link. Then they saved it and uploaded their image to their individual blog pages. They saved their image to a drive on the computer and named their file. Then they had to go to the blog page, sign in, create a new entry, and upload the image with the file uploader. I am so proud of them!!! We did run into one glitch with the technology though. The blog wouldn’t upload a jpeg file, so it had to be changed to png. Thank goodness for the paint program. It easily allowed me to do that. Go to the individual blog pages to take a peek. We also love blog comments.
