Halloween Fun!
We had a “spooktacular” day on Wednesday! The students worked on the Stellaluna Webquest to learn more about bats and then wrote a friendly letter to Stellaluna explaining how important she was as a bat. Then we did our pumpkin estimation activity and recorded our seed count online. Our pumpkin had 392 seeds! Each team counted a quarter of the seeds, and then we added them all together. After that, Stellaluna Bingo was played to reinforce the new vocabulary learned. Finally, bingo was followed by our Halloween Party! Thanks to everyone who sent in the yummy treats and goodie bags!
