This week we learned fractions in math. We played a game called Fraction Top It. I got more cards than my partner.

We had a mystery reader and he read The Curse of the Great Bambino. Avery’s Dad, Mr. Cieplik, came in and read it to us. He is very nice.

We read a book in class called Anansis Party Time.  It was about a spider that plannned a fake party and he said it was a costume party and to bring something to eat. When the turtle came to his house the spider had tricked the turtle into bringing himesomething to eat. It is an African Folktale. Last year I did an Ananasi play.

this week we finished toys go out . I likeed lumphy the buffalo. the toys at night come to life. they plady games and wost tv. at the end of the story they all had a brthday prty .

Mireya  she climbed a   big mountain in south America and found a new species of a new frog. She is cool!
