If  I could create a class it would be a building class.  I choose that because I like building and I think it would be a fun class to teach.  The classroom would look like a regular room with many models and sculptures.  We would have music playing and the lights on for working.  We would meet every other day after lunch/recess for one hour.  After I tell the students what they are doing they get the materials that they need for building.  After the timer is up we go around the room and the students explain what they have built or made a model of.

That is the class that I would create.

A principal is a person who keeps a school running as smoothly as possible.  This is a person who has to connect with parents, students, and teachers.  A principal has to be good at communication, fairness, ability to follow the rules and follow through on discipline.  A principal also has to be very good at juggling a lot of things at once.  A principal is kind of like a parent to all the students.

I think a principal does many things in the summer.  I think they spend time with there family.  I think that they take some time traveling.  I also think a large part of there time is getting ready for the fall when they have to be the principal again.

I think that the principal is one the most important jobs in the school.

I think blogging is a really fun privilige we get to have.  Blogging is the most fun homework that we get.  If we stop blogging, when we have work time or free time there will not be anything much fun to do.  If we stop blogging I know I will get very upset about it because we will not get to do it again most likely.

If I could change one rule about school it would be changing the rule that makes recess 35 minutes.   I think that we should have a total of 50 minutes of recess instead of 35 minutes.  I say that because we don’t get enough time to be outside and play with our friends from other classes.  We would only get 15 more miutes of recess but it would be a lot better for the fifth graders.  We also only get 2 recesses in fifth grade so that would be fair for the teachers because they would get more time to do their work.  So the rule that I would change is how long the recess is.
