A principal talks in the speaker. A principal does anything. Mr. Rykal lives in a house and talks at school. He works in an office. He works on sheets and works on other stuff. During the summer there is no school and he sits home. He watches TV. He reads his books. To be a good principal you have to be good at speaking. You have to be good at working on sheets.
