Hello! My name is Kyra, and as you may know, we are penpals! I live in Wisconsin, America. I will tell you a bit about myself.
I love to run and Irish dance. They are both really fun sports. I’ve ran several 5Ks and I practice running every chance I can. In Irish dance, I’ve competed in several major compititions and placed well in each one. Someday, maybe I can post a picture of my dress and you can see it. Do you have a sport you like to do?
Second, I love to travel. My dad travels a lot on buisness trips and next week, guess what? He’s going to London! I’ve been all over the United States, but my dad says someday we can travel to Europe and go see London. I’ve been on a lot of skiing trips and I’ve been to a lot of beaches. Where is your favorite vacation spot?
Third, I will tell you about my family. I live with my mom, my dad, my brother, and my two cats. My brother is Colin, and he is a good brother and all, but he’s really annoying sometimes. My cats are named Trixie and Oliver. You can see Oliver in my post, “What my Cat Typed.” Do you have a pet?
Finally, here are just some random things about me!
- I want to own a cupcake shop when I grow up. (You can read more on that in my post, “Kyra’s Kupkakes.”)
- I also want to be a chemical engineer when I grow up.
- My favorite animal is an owl.
- My favorite thing to do on a hot afternoon is make myself a smoothie and sit on the front porch.
- My favorite flowers are orchids, lilys, and Hubiscus.
- My favorite tree is birch.
- My favorite food is hot wings.
- My favorite dessert is ice cream.
- I am scared of dogs. (Long story, I’ll have to tell you that.)
- My favorite movie is probably Charlie Brown Thanksgiving.
- I like zombies. ( But they do creep me out sometimes.)

I love soccer and running and swim team! In fact I have a swim meet this weekend. What are you doing this weekend? I also love skiing too. I go skiing soooooooooooooooooooooooooo much. I love reading your blog, its really long. Usually I don’t like reading long posts but yours, well when I first started reading it I noticed that you were kinda like me, sooo I kept reading! Keep up the great posts!!!!! :D
