” That’s my comic book!”

This quote is from the comic book,   The Brilliant Book of Bart Simpson.

I imagine someone saying this when a bully took his comic book. He is at school, in the hallway.  The bully takes the book, and shoves it in his locker.  The kid takes a paper clip and breaks into the bully’s locker.  When the bully finds out that the kid broke into his locker, the bully is so mad that he tracks the kid down, and breaks one of his bones.  Then, the kid probably says,” This so wasn’t worth a comic book!”

Hi!

I am currently reading  the book The Voyage of the Dawn Treader which is in the Narnia series.  It is a great book that has very little in common with the movie.  (spoiler alert)

(spoiler alert) I am at the part where they just entering a pass through Dark Island.  The people aboard the Dawn Treader are all scared except Reepicheep , he’s a mouse.  He forces everyone to go through the pass by calling them ”chickens”.

That is all I will tell you for now!

     Hi,

My mom is an awesome reader, just  like me!  She loves to read and when she was little, her mom read to her constantly.

My mothers good memories of reading are sitting on Duxbury Beach  reading on the sand and also reading in bed late at night with a flashlight. Those sound like good memories too me!

Her bad memories of reading are when she was young, she found a book on The Holocaust in her parents library. She remembers being very, very sad.

My mother reads about 1-2 hours a day usually waiting in the car, or at night.  She reads books, on her kindle, and the news paper.  She reads  mostly historical fiction and biographies. When she was my age, she liked the book, The Great Brain.  She is very good at making mind images.

             Thanks for reading!

Hi,

Creel, the main character  from Dragon Slippers is kind hearted, pretty, and good at sewing.  I am mostly kind, people tell me that i’m pretty, and I’m very good at sewing,we also both have golden( ish) hair.   Here’s how me and Creel are different, she has met dragons, dukes, and the royal family.  She has a job, freckles, and she lives in the time of kings and queens.

I live in the modern age, I have a mother, I don’t have a job and I don’t  have a hand full of hypnotized dragons out to kill me. ( At least I don’t  think).

 I highly recomend this book.

Hi,

I am currently reading a book called the  Last Book In the Universe. It is very good and it is very adventureous.  Although, it is not very funny. It is about a boy named Spaz,  an old man named Ryter, and a boy named Chocks.  On their journey, they meet a girl named Linia, but she’s not  just any girl, she’s a prov. A  prov is a person that doesn’t live in filth. I say that because this is a bad future.

This book is actually a middle school book but I still like it I recommend this book to 11-17 because it has lots of hard words in it. I think this is a very good book.
