Josie with diorama of Paul Bunyan

This shoebox diorama is about the Paul Bonyon tall tale. The diorama shows Paul Bonyon and Babe the blue ox choping down trees in the East. The hyperbole of this diorama is Paul Bonyon’s hieght, wich is why I made him look big to the trees and the exact hieght to the mountains, same thing with babe the blue ox.

Ode to Cupcakes

I brought in 120 cupcakes

to share with the class,

all colorful and sparkling and delicious.

They make your taste buds come alive

and make you want another one

and make you smile.

With 25 in the class,

we each got 4 of them,

with 20 left over for Mrs.Wells.

What a sweet treat my cupcakes were.

What a sweet treat!

Hi! My name is Teresa, the Turkey. It is before Thanksgiving and well, That’s when all the turkeys get stuffed, cooked, pluked, and even killed! That’s why I’m here, to say, for this Thanksgiving, DON’T EAT TURKEYS! You can eat fish though, because I just really care about the turkeys and anyways, we turkeys taste so bad this year because we all haven’t taken a bath for such a long time. You DON’T, and I repeat DON’T, want to eat us! I mean, we’ll taste bad with everything else you serve this year: stuffing, mashed potatoes, pudding, and the list will go on and on and on! That is why you should never eat us on Thanksgiving!
