The book I just finished reading is called A Tale Dark and Grimm. It is about many different weird stories!!!

There are many different characters in this book but Hansel and Gretel are the most common. They are little mischievous children that get into a lot of trouble and go through many difficult journeys. They are both looking for new parents that will take good care of them and treat them properly. During there journey Gretel finds there is something wrong with Hansel, he was very hairy and looked abnormal. Hunters then find Hansel and kills him. They thought he was a wolf because when he was hairy that was not just something you see every day, he transformed into a wolf so they killed him. Which leaves Gretel on her own. She then falls in love with a nice handsome man. He tells her to meet up with him in the woods and finds out there is something wrong. Is the man she loved evil or good? What will happen to Gretel?

It starts out with the author talking about Grimm stories and how many are like the usual tales but he says that his stories are fun and different. Like that they have twists and turns! It is a very interesting and fun!!! The first chapter talks about a king and queen and a man named Johannes! He goes on a mission to save the king and queen. During his mission he stops upon 3 problems that risk the king and queens life. He has to risk his own life to save the king and the queen! After that crazy story ends another weird story begins. The main characters are Hansel and Gretel. They are very sneaky children. During this story Hansel and Gretel are on a journey to find good parents because they came back from the dead caused by the other parents. You have to read the book to figure out why and how they died. They found this one lady that fed them so much that she then was going to eat them!!! What type of person would eat children? What will happen with the strange woman? This story gets pretty gross, so beware when you are reading it. Gretel and Hansel go through some bad and tough times. Gretel dies…will he come back to life or stay dead forever? Meanwhile as the story goes on it gets even more weirder and grosser. You will have to read the book to find out what happens!

I enjoyed this book a lot1 It had many funny and exciting parts in this book! I love gross books and this book is definitely gross. It also included many twists and turns that leave you on the edge of your seat! i hope you read this book and enjoy it!

                      I recommend this book to people that love funny, exciting, scary and gross books because this book wold be perfect for you!!!

  This book is about, these two young girls that lost their parents in a car crash. They have to go through a lot. 

First of all  the two girls names are Flora and Ruby. They now have to live with their grandma Min. Min is a little nickname they call her because she repeatedly says “In a minute.” They also have to bring their dog Daisy Dear and their cat King Comma. Their grandma lives in Camden Falls so they have no other choice but to move there. Ruby and Flora travel a long distance to reach Camden falls. The street that their grandma lives on is called Main Street. Grandma Min owns a sewing store on Main Street with her friend Mrs. Walter. The store is named Needle and Thread. Ruby and Flora end up getting more used to their new home in Camden Falls and make a new friend named Olivia. Olivia knows about a house where Mrs. Woosly lives. Olivia thinks Mrs. Woosly is a witch that stores kids in her basement. After a couple of days later King Comma escapes into the busy roads. Flora and Ruby are devastated. Olivia is with them at the time and has a good feeling he will come back. I would be so sad if my puppy got loose into the busy roads too! I wouldn’t know what to do.!Finally King Comma was found, They were so happy.  As they are in Needle and Thread they see a girl that is named Nikki, but soon after they all become friends.Then when the girls are walking down the row of houses they take a look in the windows and they see ALOT of families doing ALOT of things. When Olivia and Nikki went back home Flora ventures up into her grandma’s attic and finds a box……What can be inside the box? You have to read the book to find out, but a couple weeks after that incident they are at Mrs. Grindle’s  little shop and someone stole one of her necklaces but who? Read the book to find out who stole the necklace. A while after Flora looks at family pictures and sees one of her mother at age 4 and of another girl named Mary. Who is Mary? Could it be Mary Woosly, if it is why would her mother be friends with Mary Woosly?

I recommend this book to people that like mystery and  adventure.

  Hi my name is Abigail Edge and I just finished reading Girls Acting Catty, by Leslie Margolis. It was a realy good book, you should read it if you like gossip, puppies and much more!

The main character is Annabelle. She moved to Birchwood from North Hollywood. She has no siblings, only her mom and her moms boyfriend “Dweeble”, well thats what she calls him. They are ingaged, and soon enough Annabelle meets her soon to be step brother named, Jason, Dweebles son. Annabelle at first is shy infront of Jason but gets more comfortable around him. She even starts to have a crush on him! Wierd right. Pepper is Annabelles puppy, he is a bordercollie/Lab. He wreeks alot of havoc around their house. Rachel is Annabelles new best friend. Rachel aslo has other friends like Emma, Claire, and Yumi. Annabelle quikley becomes friends with them. Taylor, Jesse, and Hanna are not friends with rachel, Yumi,Claire or Emma because they are the meen girls in school and they were meen to them, but Annabelle never met them. Rachel, Yumi Emma and Claire call Taylor “The Terrible T.”

In the beginning of the book it is Halloween. Annabelle and her friends all dress up as fish, except for Rachel, she dresses up as a pink sandcastle the fish swim through. They shortly end up seeing The Terrible T’s. Taylor starts to say meen things to Rachel end then walk away like  nothing happened. When Annabelle gets home she doesn’t eat any candy, all she did was think about what just happened to Rachel. The next day Annabelle’s mom comes charging through the door screeming. Dweeble just preposed to her  and Annabelle is alittle freeked out. She eventually meets Dweebles son Jason. she was confused because Jason looked nothing like Dweeble. She ends up having a crush on him and Jason is Annabelle soon to be stepbrother! Pretty wierd! During the middle of the book at school Annabelle hered that Emma is dating Joe! He is a  kid that they call “Corndog Boy.” He just broke up with Jesse and is iow dating Emma. Over the phone Annabelle talked to Taylor about Joe and Emma. Taylor asked if they were serious or not and why Emma liked him. Annabelle told everything she possibly could. She thought Taylor was nice but the day after the phone call at shool in the bathroom Annabelle found Emma crying with Rachel, Claire and Yumi surrounding her. Joe just got back together with Jesse. Taylor walked into the bathroom and told Emma that Annabelle and her talked on the phone and Annabelle told her that they weren’t serious so she told Jesse. Emma was shocked and angry at Annabelle. If you want to see if Emma, Rachel, Claire and Yumi ever forgive Annabelle yiou should read this book!
