The book I read is called, Knigts of the Lunch Table the Dodge Ball Chronicles by Frank Cammuso.  It is a graphic novel that tells about a  young boy named Arty who moves to a new school.

Arty is a middle schooler who enjoys hanging out with his  two friends named  Percy and Wayne.  On the first day Arty is assigned locker 001XCL.  No other student had opened this locker in many years.  The myth is that who ever opens the locker is the king of the school.  Arty was able to open the locker.  Unfortunately, now he has the school bully, Joe Roman, after him.  This is because Joe was the reigning king of  Camelot Middle School.  This lead to a dodge ball challenge to determine who was the true king of the school.  The second the game started Artie was out immediately.  He later came back in when a friend on his team caught the ball.  After a lot of funky moves by Percy, the game got very intense.  Finally, Artie takes out his secret weapon, a spider.  Joe Roman is terrified of spiders.  This causes him to throw the ball back in fear which hit the referee, Ms. Granger.  The other referee, Mr. Merlyn, called Joe’s team out.  This meant he won the dodge ball game and remained king of the school.

I really liked Kinghts of the Lunch Table The Dodgeball Chronicle because I enjoy graphic novels.  It is a great book to teach kids not to doubt themselves, making friends and fitting in to a new place and that a bully will always finish last.

The New England Patriots

If you like a hard hitting football team then I think you would like the nonfiction book, The New England Patriots by Mark Stewart. Being a fan myself is why I chose this book.

 One of the topics the book talks about is their strategies on the feild. One of these strategies the Patriots use is they do not like to dominate their opponent. They like to match them effort wise. The book introduces you to old and new players.

 Many people know about Tom Brady. The player I like the best is Vince Willfork because we play the same position.  Another important part of the team the book discusses is the coaches. The coaches are hired to make a difference on the team and lead the players to success. The current owner of the Patriots is Robert Kraft and their couch is Bill Belichick.

 In addition to the people, the book showcases the home turf of the New England Patriots. The Patriots play their home games at Gillette stadium. It is in Fox borough, MA.  There are 68,756 seats in the stadium.  I have been to the stadium not during a game but during practice.

 The final point the book addresses is the Patriots’ uniform.  The Patriots have always worn patriotic colors.  Some people may not have known that before 1993 the main uniform color was red. These days the Patriots’ uniform color is dark blue. Personally, I like the dark blue uniform better than the old red one.

  My final thoughts on The New England Patriots is that it was a thorough timeline starting from the olden day Patriots to today’s Patriots.  Although I already knew a lot about the Patriots, I learned more about the home turf.  For example, I leaned about the seating capacity at Foxborough Stadium.  Overall, I enjoyed this book.  I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys the Patriots or is interested in learning more about football.

In the book I’m reading it tells about vampires and all  Cinda of facts about them like vampires hate garlic .Vampires have been around for over twohundred years ,and some huge vampires fans even get their teeth sharpened by their dentist to make them look more like vampires and some even get ear piercings all over their body then they get colored contacts . Vampires  come from come back from the dead because they where earths  crust or couldn’t find there way to the afterlife .It is a false fact that vampires are destroyed by sun light . Author false is that vampires have no reflections is mirrors and have no shadows. Vapires do not have super normal strength.   A true fact is vampires are weakened by holy objects such as crosses and Eucharists . Another true fact is vappires are shape shifters. A very cool fact is vampires can come from anything like a farmer said a head of lettuce was a vampire .

when I went to the library i was reading my book and apparently the had a ghost hunter come in to do a show there that night and that guy said he was very good friends with that author and took a picture of me on his phone reading that book and sent that picture to the author .

It was a very good book if you are in to vampires . It tells a lot of  facts about vampires .I would recommend this book to everybody who loves vampires and old vampire TV shows.
