The book I read was Terror Island . Terror Island is a fiction choose your own adventure book . Choose your own adventure books are really fun. For example it might say like go to page 20 if you want to run or go to page 45 if you want to cross the pirahna  filled lake. In terror Island for my adventure I started on a boat at sea. Suddenly, my boat sprung a leak. This is where my first choice came in. If I wanted to stay in the ocean or swim to Terror Island. To keep the story I went to Terror Island. The trick to choose your own adventure books is that if you go the wrong way, you might die.

Once I got to Terror Island in the book I had another choice. The choice I made was to go  into the beach cave. In that cave after a little while in the book I met a spy that knew the guy I was on the boat with. I had a new decision to go with the spy and I did.

Once with the spy we went to a mansion.  we went to a slab of rock and he picked it up . Under the rock was a  soda can he picked it up and crumpled it up. He said that is how spy’s communicate.It turned out that the spy that the spy I was with was bad. He took us into a stadium and we had to battle the t-Rex. I died.

I re-winded into the book every time I died. The book took me in an adventure where I had to either capture or kill the evil people running the island. I highly recommend this book.

How to train your dragon is a really good book. There is a new adventure at every corner. Hiccup is air to be a  leader of the Harry Hooligan tribe. other Kids in the tribe call him useless.  When he catches his dragon it is just a common brown. And the funniest thing is the a has no teeth. Hiccup named his pathetic little dragon as the other kids say toothless.

 Snotloth has a dragon named Fireworm and he is always showing off how awesome she is. The only way Hiccup can convince toothless to do something for him is to tell him a joke. Snotloth has a dragon that only Hiccup could have but they let it slide.

 In the tournament there is a part where the dragons have  to catch fish for there masters.  Toothless would not budge. Hiccup had to perswade Toothless to do what he asked. Hiccup said that if Toothless would catch the fish he would tell him a bunch of jokes when he was done.

In one part of the book Globber the Belch went down to a cliff. He was down there because the ancient sea monster woke up. Globber was wearing a mighty warrior  dress / gown. He was one of the biggest best warriors  of the tribe. He was also very brave. He got to that sea monster so brave and so courageous, and that terrible sea monster flicked him of his scaly body like no bodey’s business.

The thing I really liked about How To Train your Dragon book 1 is that there was something new and action packed on each page. Hope you like the book as much as me. Hope you liked my blog.

In the Number Devil, there is a boy that suffers all these  bad dreams. For example, the endless slide, and getting eaten by a giant fish.   His dreams always play tricks on him like if he really wanted a new toy or somethig he would have the dream that he got it. And when he would wake up and go find the toy there would be something disgusting left whre the toy was supposed to be. Those were the tricks.  Robert would get very very aggravated in the book when these tricks would happen.

One night he had a brand new dream about the Number Devil.  Robert,AKA the boy, thought of the Number Devil as a short- tempered old man. That he soon learned was wrong.  Him and the Number  Devil learned not to go at each others throats all the time. What would make the Number Devil mad, and I mean mad, would be Robert making a mistake, that he should have gotten right! What would make Robert mad would be when the Number Devil pushed Robert’s thinking power over the top!

Robert and the Number Devil became best of friends. Soon Robert would be the ND’s apprentis. They went on a bunch of adventures togeather, Robert learning all different mathmatics. The Number Devil was surpprised when him and Robert were invited to dinner in Number Heaven. Robert thought it was weard that all the devils eat are pies. On the adventures there were different calculators big and small, fat and skinny. One as big as a couch. Robert learned that the numbers stop when the screen ends on the caculator. In one adventure, the Number Devil had a clock that went by months, and every month on th clock rabbits grew and had rabbits until Robrt could not count any more rabbits and bunnys so the Number Devil poofed them all away to some other place. 

My opinion of this book is that I liked it alot. The suspence of reading more and more was killing me! I give this book 4 1/2 stars. The only negitive thing I will say in th first 25 pages it was very slow.  I recommend this book to all readers! If you like math, this is the book for you. In the book itself, there are a variety of different math problems on th last pages of the book in red boxes. I thought th math problems were cool because after you were done with the book you could try out the math yourelf! I hope they make more books of the Number Devil.To also mension there were really nice pictures in the book.
