In the story Dolphin Tale, Sawyers cousin Kyle is sent off in the army and Sawyer is sad. A couple days after Kyle left Sawyer found a dolphin on a beach trapped in a cage. The cage is all tangled up on the dolphin and Sawyer cuts it to set it free. Sawyer gave a man his phone to call 911 and the animal marine specialest came to get it. They took it back to their hospital to cure it. Sawyer went there after school and snuck in the back door to see the dolphin. Sawyer bumped into Hazel and knocked down a cooler out of her hands. The cooler is filled with fish and it was spilled all over the ground. After that they walked to where the dolphin was and Sawyer got to see how she was doing. After that he went home on his bike. The next day he skipped school and went right to the dolphin(which is now named Winter)to see how she is doing and Clay(Hazels dad)had Sawyer go in the pool and hold Winter with Hazel. Sawyer got to feed Winter and was so happy and excited when he went home. But then when he got home and his mom found out that he’s been skipping school all week. He went back the next day and found out that Winter’s tale got cut off because it was deseased. He went home and found out that his cousin Kyle was in an explotion. Clay went with Sawyer to go see Kyle. Kyle didnt want them to see him like he was so they left.They met the doctor that was taking care of Kyle and asked him if Kyle was going to be ok and he said yes. They asked him if he could make a tale for Winter because she could die from not shifting her muscles the right way. Winter cant live without a tale. The doctor said he would go see the dolphin and try to make a tale. So he went there the next day and saw the dolphin. He said he would be able to make a tale.  So it would take a while to make it so he made one to hold the time over for the new one. Winter didnt like the new tail. She destroyed a few that the doctor made. Then one day Sawyer noticed that Winter didnt like the feel of it on her skin.S o the doctor made something that worked and she liked it. So they let Winter go out into the ocean andwent to swim with her.He swam with Winter and Hazel in the water splashing and going under that was the best day of his life.

In the book ELEVENTH PLAGUE  the main charactors are  stephen and his dad.stephen is about 13 and his grampa died in the begging of the book. his dad took the grampas rifle.stephen and his dad are living in a plane.when they were in the plane two men came with a jeep.the two men had guns and two survivers.stephen and his dad got the keys to the jeep and freed the survivers.the survivers got the keys and took the jeep. then the dad and stephen  ran away from were the men were.stephen was haveing trouble keeping up with his dad.his dad ran down a hill and fell into a river.stephen tried to help him but it was to muddy.he would slip every time he went down.when he went back to his cart everything was gone exept for his bag.

This is one of my favorite books I have ever read. I like this one because it is more like a real life story. It is about a girl named Katniss, she can be funny, but she is mostly serious about things she says or does. She is very good at hunting because her father taught her before he died in a mine explotion. Her father died when Katniss was eleven and she still thinks about him. Her sister Prim is younger than Katniss and she dosent hunt like her sister does. She always stays back at home with her mother. Anyways Katniss  always  gets food for them to cook or just to eat. Then one day she was informed that she had to be in the games. The games are when you have to survive in the wilderness with like 13 people in that same area. All the people have to kill each other to survive and to win. But the area is big so the people might not see each other for a while, so its a bigger chance of either losing or not losing, winning or not winning, dying or not. You never know if you will die or not or win or not. But since she has to go to the games she goes to live with Peeta and Peeta is a guy who is training, telling Katniss about or how to win and survive in the games. So when they are at the games they at first have to stand on a metal plate for 60 seconds. and not move or they will be killed by a land mines surounding it. And when they start they are on their own. People might team up together and kill more people if they wish to.

What I really liked about this book is that I couldent stop reading it. If you were tired you would not want to put it down unless you fall asleep. It’s one of those books I would not stop reading unless what is happening in the book stops at a new chapter then I would stop reading. That is why I want to read the next book in the series (catching fire).
