After seeing the latest Harry Potter movie I decided to go back and re read the final novel called Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows by J.K Rowling. This novel is the final instalment to the Harry Potter series which is all about a boy named Harry who is a wizard, and has had to face many obsticals throught the other six novels. The main conflict is another wizard who is trying to kill him and who killed his parents when he was younger his name is Voldemort. In this final novel Harry must finally face his arch enemy and fight him to save the rest of the world from an attack by Voldemorts army. It is the true test between good and evil. I would reccomend this not as a book but as a series. You can not just read one of the seven novels for they will make no sence. Anyone who enjoys novels that have a powerful aspect of characterisation would love this series, becuase every single character is explained to the bone that you actually feel for them as people and can relate to them even though the are all just in the novel. I would deffinitly give this novel a 10 out of 10 becuase I love the way Rowling chose to end the series.

This is the American cover of the novel. Every country the novel is printed in has a diffrent Cover Art

This is the cover are from the new revised copy of the novel.

I have just read the novel I Hope They Serve Beer In Hell By Tucker Max. This novel is an autobiography all about the life of a man names Tucker Max. Even though he went to college to be a lawyer and passed the bar, he has become more known as a party animal. This reputation hit him when he started a website where he would share stories of occurances that he and his friends had. The website became such a big hit that he decided to tell the rest of his stories and add some from the website to make this novel. Although it is a very funny read many people may find his abilitly to take things to the extreame in the most vulgure way to be offensive. Which dones the fact that this could never be tought in a classroom. I strongly recomend this book if you are the kind of person that enjoys this kind of humor, because it will keep you reading to the very end. I rate this book a 9 out of 10.

The Walking Dead by Roberts Kirkman is a series of short novels that are all based around the modern day zombie apocalypse. The story starts off with the main character named Rick Grimes who wakes up in a hospital. He is the only one in the hospital and it does not take him long to realize that the world he once lived is gone forever. After some near escapes he meats up with a group of people that are also still struggling to stay alive. As the story progresses the end up traveling together in one pack which over time becomes a family. As they go on there quest many things start to re occur. The gain and loss of characters from Zombie attacks. So far since I have only read up to novel three, they have not been able to find a solid place to stay for more then one night. All I can tell is that right now they are going to have to keep traveling and keep this family like lifestyle to be able to survive and live out this Apocalypse. There main goal for these people is to find one place that they can call there own.
