Hello 5E!!

Still blogging? Still enjoying it? I hope so!!

I just wanted to say well done to those students who finished their Miami Police File projects. They were all very good and you can see them here.

And I thought our blog readers might like to see this fantastic action film…:

…or listen to this crazy story!!

Hello 5E!!

I hope you had a nice holiday and you are ready to go back to school. :)

What did you do in the holiday? Where did you go? Are you happy about going back to school?

I was at home and I was busy relaxing!! :)

Here’s something I saw in the holiday – a poster for a new animated film called The Lorax.

Look carefully at the names at the bottom of the poster – do you notice anything? ;)

Hello everybody,

Thank you for telling me your posts didn’t appear on the blog. Usually, I get an mail message when you write a post and then I click ‘publish’ but this week and last week I didn’t get any emails!!

I thought you were busy with exams and study so you couldn’t write… Sorry!

All of your posts are published now :)

Hi everybody,

I hope you are enjoying having your own blog. :)

We are lucky to have our blog (you know we are the only class in our school with a blog!) but did you know that there are lots of other classes around the world with their own blogs too?

I found one from a school in Greece (right next to Turkey!) If you want, you can visit their blog and write some comments and ask some questions. Maybe they will visit our blog and write some comments too!

This is the web address for their blog – http://kidblog.org/OurBlog4/

Visit the blog and connect with some other English students!

Hello 5E!

We have had our blog for a short time only but we have got a lot of posts and a lot of comments!

I checked today and we have written 36 posts (this is number 37) and we have had 174 comments. :)

And we have had comments from all over the world – look at this map. The green countries are the places we have had comments from:

14 different countries! Can you name all of them?
Why is this important? I hope you can see how English really is a GLOBAL language – people speak English all over the world and use it to speak to each other. This is why we learn English at school.
Cool, isn’t it?
