I was asleep one night when all of a sudden I felt like my T.V. was on so I woke up. It was on whenever there is breaking news my T.V. turns on its one of those safety T.V.s. I didn’t want to go back to bed so I just watched T.V. but I couldn’t change the channel from the breaking news that safety T.V.s. I watched and it said that zombies were spotted in Kansas City but I didn’t worry because I live in Gardner and zombies are really slow unless they JUST got infected because they will be their normal speed for about ten minutes while the infection starts to set in. But then something caught my attention and I saw the zombie map and it showed that the zombies came down here from Canada in about three days. There are two problems with that first of all that is faster than human speed and second of all they are heading south so they should be in Gardner any hour or minute or second oh no I better get my supplies. I first have to get my backpack so of course I can pack stuff in it. First ill grab like 32 dollars and 76 cents from my mom’s purse.  Then I pack up all of my chocolate chips, cans of coke, a toothbrush, and my teddy bear so I don’t get too scared with him I always feel safe. Then I run down to Walgreens and buy some zombie bait but I think they ripped me of because the package says it keeps your animals coat shiny and thick all year round. I was hungry so I ordered a pizza you know you still have to eat right so I ordered a thick crust meat lovers pizza because I love meat. When my pizza got here it was cold the delivery man looked sick pale and had blood dripping from his mouth but I didn’t give him a tip because it didn’t get to my house in thirty minutes or less and I was mad I started to give him a piece of my mind then he growled and walked into my house then he bit my mom I thought he was hungry so I offered him some pizza he said no but then I turned on my T.V. to watch Disney channel and he loved that so I let him watch with me. Then I found out he was a zombie because he tried to bite me and right after I decided to let him watch my T.V! MY T.V! I couldn’t believe it I was mad and I was gonna kill him but then more and more zombies came apparently the delivery zombie tweeted everyone and told them he was having a Disney channel party apparently zombies like that show but it was better than them eating me so I let them stay and I took care of them for about a week until they were back on their feet and then they started a normal civilization and I cried because I was so proud of the zombies.

Hi my name is Ali and I live in a small city in Gardner. I live with my parent’s in a small house and go to school at Gardner Edgerton high school. I go to school every day and I make sure that my family has everything that they need. Today is my b-day and I’m turning 17 and I told my mom that when I turn 18 I will be going to go to new york to the big city. My mom told me that I should go and look in my room and when I went in there I saw that there was this ticket and it was to New York.

 I was so excited that I would be able to be going to New York. When I got to New York I didn’t know where to ho so I saw that there was this hotel and then I got my suit case stolen. I wasn’t happy for the rest of the day. Then I had to pay a lot of money for a hotel that wasn’t even a good hotel. There was only I bed and there was no bath tub there was only a toilet and a sink. When I went down to the main officer I told the lady in the front about how horrible my room was. The lady looked at me and she said “you’ve got problems fix them yourself you see I’m reading a magazine and this has really awesome stuff in it like Justin Bieber”. I thought that she was just like the witch of the west.

i went up to my room and I looked out the window and I forgot that I left my window door open and I saw that someone came into my room and stole my phone and everything that is very valuable but there really wasn’t anything that was really valuable. Then she found these red ruby slippers in the closet and she realized that they were the same one’s from the movie. I looked at them and then I put them on. I said “I want to go home, I want to go home ”. All of the sudden I saw that I was at my house and I was in my bed. I was so happy that was back home and that I didn’t have to be in the big city were all of the bad stuff was happening.

Theme is something that goes with all of life. Not just for one thing only. Theme tells the main purpose of the story of the moral of the story. Try to guess out Theme and try think how this relates to all of life.

Should we have cell phones in school? That is a commonly asked question. I bet you that most kids would say yes as fast as a cheetah can run a meter. What they wouldn’t do is think through what cell phones in school would really be. A good reason for using cell phones in school it would be like we can text people and call people. In case of an emergency and one of your relatives are hurt your parents could call you. If your mom made you a doctor appointment and rescheduled it for right after school and she was gonna pick you up instead of you riding the bus she could call you. If you miss your bus when you’re at school you could call your mom and tell her. If you or your friend is being bullied you could call a teacher for help. The reasons that cellphones should not be allowed in school are. Kids might take advantage like if they aren’t allowed to use them during tests to like text there friends or search the answer on Google. Another reason is if some kids have better phones than other kids they can make fun of you. Kids could cyber bully other kids if they had a cell phone in school in school and you don’t want kids being cyber bullied. In my opinion I would prefer to have cell phones in school. It could make kids more excited to go to school. You could like text your answer to the teacher so that when you send it in you can’t change it because you see someone else got something different so it would also lower the rate of cheating. Even if teachers still didn’t want phones in school you could at least compromise to make longer passing periods and only allow phones during passing periods and at lunch and recess because that could lower the rate of kids texting in class because they already got to text.

Hi I am Kitty the krill and I am going to tell you about how I live. First of all I know what you’re thinking how can anyone live in such cold Antarctic waters all of the time but actually I am used to these temperatures and it may seem extreme too you like if you jumped into this water you would probably die just like I would probably die if I jumped into your city pool. I wake up every morning and I eat some phytoplankton. I eat by filter feeding it means that I have like a filter in my mouth so I just eat the water and the plankton and other small things I eat are small like a button on my jacket so that they just get filtered into my mouth. I get dressed and ready to go for the day. I start to go to hang out with my friends because we krill like to travel in swarms of up to 60,000 individual krill per cubic meter finding one important krill in a swarm of us would be like finding a needle in a haystack. While I am on my way a big whale swooshed down and I dodged it I also dodge three penguins, another whale, and a few other animals I am very important in Antarctica’s ecosystem that is why so many animals try to eat me. I finally got to my group of krill friends and considering that we are small semitransparent crustacean like shrimp we are very small so we go pretty slow about 2 to 3 body lengths per second. I and my krill friends talk for a while about Jennets new shoes and Judy’s new hair doo. After then I decide to head home and I dodge some more hungry whales and penguins. I can live up to six years and that may seem short but considering how much im hunted it’s pretty impressive.
