If you like realistic fiction Indigo’s Star by Hilary McKay is for you!!! This book is about a child who gets a DISEASE called MONO and misses a whole school semester. He is coming back to his junior high school, where he was bullied before he left. It’s up to his little sister, Rose, and his other family members to stop the bullying that the bullies want to finish!!! On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 9!

    Realistic Fiction is not my favorite type of book, but you make me want read it the way way described it. Bullies, disease, how much better can a book be described?
