Yes, I think that one kid can change the world by picking up trash on the side of the street because they can get some trash bags rubber gloves and start walking. And if they don’t want to be close to the icky trash they could also use a pointy stick. If they wan to make money for a animal shelter by doing this they can recycle the trash they pick up and send it to a place where each soda can that you turn in is $1.00 . That is what my family does. If  they don’t want to make money for a animal shelter, they can pick up trash and just recycle it. That is how i think that one kid can change the world by picking up trash in the street.
