If I were an architect i would design a building that had two points at the top sticking out of one point. I would do this because it would push the wind up so the build would barely sway at the top. i would add the ball at the top to swing the opposite way that the tower is swinging. This would also help from the tower swaying. My tower would have may different uses. It would be used for apartments, hotel,work,office,swimming pool, movie theater, and mall. I would also be the first architect to create this type and shape of building. It will be made out of steal and glass. I will call it the ninja star.
