I found the Inca! When I found the Inca I looked for jewels! Soon I took over! Then soon I broke my promise and killed Monctzuma 11! Then I started killing all of his people! 

well, you know how they made the caravel? This was a very different ship than anything ever made! The people on shore were amazed at the sight of such a strange ship! The caravel had a lot of improvements than any other ships!

On the 13 of February 1502. I sailed from Spain with the new appointed governor of Hispaniola Nicolas de Ovando y Caceres on a fleet of thirty ships. It was the largest fleet that had ever sailed to the new world. the thirty ships carried 2,500 colonists.

Jobs were very scarce when I was little. Wouldn’t that be scary for your family? If jobs are scarce when you were young what would you do? Would you try to find a job of your own?

I was born in the Spanish town of Trujillo in 1475. Trujillo is an interesting city! The longest journey anybody ever took in Spain was 15 miles! Isn’t that weird and scary? The successful passage to the Indies we needed wouldn’t work without shipbuilding, navigation, and astronomy!
