This is the second time this has happened. I am out of the tower, as well as Bess. My friend Queen Elizabeth has died of a fever. This is what happened to Prince Henry. I am just saddened by the loss of another friend.

Queen Elizabeth has found out about me and Bess‘ secret marriage. She has decided to punish us both. She has locked us in towers. They are separate from each other, so I cannot see Bess.

Oh no, Queen Elizabeth is going to be mad at me when she finds out what I just did. I secretly married Bess Throckmorton. Queen Elizabeth didn’t want me to though, even though Bess was maid of honor at her wedding. She just really didn’t want me to get married to Bess.

I am so excited. My very good friend Queen Elizabeth has just made me a knight. Not just a knight though, captain of the guard. What would I do without her. She has made me rich! She even let me start my own colony.

I am so sad, my friend Prince Henry has suddenly died. He died of a fever. We were best friends. He was actually like a son to me.
