Mount St. Helens
Did you know that Mount St. Helens is an stratovolcano.It is 96 miles ( 154 km) south of seattle. Its named after Lord St. Helens . Its part of the Pacific Ring Of fire . It interrupted in may 18th 1980 it was the worst one because the whole city was covered in ash and David Crocer died that day he was a famous photographer. Another interruption was in 2008 it only sprayed a lot of ash.
our group thinks that Mount St. Helens is a famous volcano because it was one of the largest inturruptions ever.We thought it was fun to look up this volcano because its a big natural disaster .Mount St. Helens
