STUDENTS ARE TESTED TOO MUCH!!
By Allister Barnes
Students are tested too much.  By spending a lot of time preparing for tests, students lose time to do more important things.  Too many tests put stress on students.  Testing could also turn kids off to learning and they won’t like school as much.  These are all reasons why kids should be tested less.

Test prep could shorten students’ time to do more important things like sleep.   Less sleep causes students to do less well in school.  Also, they don’t have as much family time as they could.  This is bad because then you don’t get to see your family, and you would want to see your family right?  In addition, they can’t exercise as much because they are spending too much time preparing, which could result in possibly being obese.

According to a recent Time For Kids article, U.S.A. Students have to study for 250,000 tests in just one year.  Therefore, they have less de-stress time, which means they might be stressed all the time so students would be very stressed when test time comes and wouldn’t do well on the test over all.  So the studying and getting stressed would all be time wasted.

Since tests aren’t really fun, too many tests might bore students.  Am I right?  If they are bored, they won’t pay attention in class, they could get bad grades, be held back, and wouldn’t be so successful in there future life.

As you can see all these reasons: too many tests bore students, turns kids off to learning, they don’t have as much time to do more important things, and puts stress on students.  That’s why too many tests is
WRONG!!

On  April 19, my dad, mom, mom’s student and me played in a concert called Musical Cocktails and I made A LOT OF MISTAKES not to make any excuses or any thing like that but I made most of them because of the sun shining through the window next to the piano so it was right in my face and when ever I played either a higher note or a lower note I would have to move in an awkward way to avoid the sun.  Besides that I had a pretty good time.

P.S. this concert was my second debut.

Adaptations to its sandy environment are 10,000 volts of electricity all around its body incredibly sharp teeth and blends in very well with the water.  Locomotion: it moves with its back tail  and four fins, the fins near the tail being backwards helps it turn fast and make a quick getaway from predators.  Food+how it gets it: when it sees prey since it blends in with the water and then surprises it from behind and bites it and the electricity  kills it and the teeth help, he eats everything except whales and humans.
