I really enjoyed our 4th grade Pennsbury Manor trip! There were a lot of things to learn about like: Kids drank beer back then because William Penn didn’t let people drink out of the Delaware river because he was used to the bad water in England. Another thing we learned is there was a another house that they cooked in so their house would not catch on fire. I LOVED PENNSBURY MANOR!!!

Teachers should get report cards from their students on how well they teach.  Some reasons are, 1) it will help the teachers, 2) teachers can learn from their students, and 3) some principals do not give teachers good feedback.

Giving teachers report cards will help them because they will learn by their mistakes.  They will also learn kids’ different points of view.  In addition, teachers need to know how their students feel about subjects and their classroom.  If they know all of this, they will likely be a better teacher.

Teachers can learn from their students because all students learn differently.  Kids’ have different smarts, and all children should be taught the right way.  Some kids may be good at math and some may be good at writing. Kids are different!

Another reason why teachers should get
report cards are, some principals do a bad job assessing teachers because principals have so much work and so little time. They sometimes forget what it’s like to be a teacher.

As you can see kids would do a lot better in school if teachers had report cards.

My animal name is The Four-Footed Horse Whale. It has rocks on its back to protect itself by digging a hole and sleeping in it but its still a mammal so it comes up for air. My animal eats krill and algae. Its also the cutest animal on earth!! (In my opinion):)
