So many things have happened since the last time I wrote. I wanted to save my paper for the big moment. And now it is the big moment. The war is now over and now I am on my way back home to my family and friends. The Axis of Powers and the Soviet Union surrendered to the allies unconditionally. They agreed to pay for the damages they caused, and now the suffering is over and the world is at peace once again.

I am amazed that I am still alive from this war. A couple of days ago bombs were raining on the land from both friendly and enemy planes. That was our most tragic battle yet we mostly all just hid in a bunker until the bombing was over and it was safe to finally come out. After all that madness there were few people left, our side and theirs.

Note to self only a few note papers remaining.

There has been alot of talk about the war being almost over. At this point, I’m not sure if almost is the right word on the count that we only have 1 source to know what is happening outside of the war and the fact that it feels like we’ve been out here forever, but who knows maybe they’re right. There were a ton of us at the begining of the invasion. Now only a few from the begining remain including me.

I’m not sure how long I’ve been out here now. At least ally planes have come to help us by dropping food, ammo, medical supplies, and other very useful items. More troops are also moving in to aid us in the war. I’m described as a eagle’s eyes and claws by my fellow American troops because I see and I kill.

I was last writing about 4 days ago. Since then we have lost many lives, yet taken many more.   We have started to scavenge food from the parts of the forests that haven’t been completely obliterated by the war. Much news is being heard about our major battles in the war so far.
