The Homework Machine is a great book by Dan Gutman.  Its about four kids Brenton (the genius) Kelsey (C student) Sam (F student) and Judy (the 2nd smartest kid in class).  Brenton has a homework machine that does his homework for him.  When he told Sam he didn’t believe Brenton.  Then before you know it the four kids are going to Brenton’s house every day and all four of them are getting straight As.

On a scale of 1to10, I would rate this book a 9 because I thought it was kind of boring at parts of the book.  This book would have to be realistic fiction.  Thanks for reading!

In Twilight by Stephanie Meyer Bella goes to Forks, Washington to be with her dad.  While shes there she meets Edward Cullen who has to keep her safe.  Turns out hes a vampire and Bella might be in love with him.  She also meets Jacob Black who is a guy she met while at the beach with friends.  He also tells her alot of interesting stories.  What do I mean? You have to read this book to find out!

On a scale of 1to10, I would rate this book a 10 because it is the best book I have read so far and I really love it!  If you like fantasy and romance then this is definitely the book for you!  Thanks for reading!:)

In The Lightning Thief Percy goes to camp Half-Blood because his mom dies because of a Minotaur attack.  After a week or two at camp Half-Blood he has to do a quest.  He decides to do it with Annabeth and his goat friend.  What do I mean?  Well you have to read this awesome book to find out.

On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this book a 10.  It was awesome I loved how much action it had!  If you like traditional literature and fantasy you should read this book!  Thanks for reading :)

In Once There was and Twice There Wasn’t by Barbara K. Walker there are many different stories, one for each chapter. In the first story the boy goes to the river and a genie gives him a tray that when you say the magic words it gives you a whole meal so the boy took it home and had a great meal with his mother.  His neighbor then took the tray and so the boy went back to the river and the genie gave him something else. I can’t tell you what it is but I can tell you that his neighbor takes two more things from him so you have to read the book to find out.

On a scale from 1-10, I would rate this book a 5 because most of the stories were really boring and I fell asleep with the book in my hand like seven times.  If you like traditional Literature then read this book but I would recommend you not. Thanks for reading :)

In Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix by J.K. Rowling, Harry has to go to 12 Grimmauld place which can’t be seen by Muggles (non-wizards).  Dumbledore (Hogwart’s headmaster) does not want Harry to be near Muggles and I can’t tell you why.  I can tell you that towards the end of the book Dumbledore answers a lot of questions for Harry so you have to read the book to find out.  I would recommend you read the other books before this one because the questions won’t really make much sense.

On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this book a 10.  I really liked how the awesome author answered most of my questions.  You should read this book if you like fantasy and some adventure. Thanks for reading! :)
