Back to Paul Revere is a historical fiction book.  It is about these children who find a time machine and go bach in time to the Revolutionary War.  When they get there they land at Lexington, Massachussets.  They want to see Paul Revere’s ride.  While they are there they get separated.  One of them gets captured by the British.  You will have to read on to find out what happened.

I rate this book a 10.  If you like books with adventure and history then I recommend you read this book.  I hope you have a fun time reading this book!

Among the Hidden is a great book by Margaret Peterson.  It is a fantasy book.  It is about a boy named Luke and he is a “shadow child.”  One day he see’s a face out of the Sports family’s window and he figures out that it is another shadow child.  He goes to investigate and finds out her name is Jen.  She is planning a rally to go to the president and tell him to let there be three or more children.  He is to is scared to go.  You will have to read the book to find out more.

I say that this book is a 10 out of a 10.  If you like books with action and books that make you wonder than I suggest that you read this book.  Have a great time reading this book!!

The Sea of Monsters is a great book by Rick Riordan.  It is a fantasy book.  This book is about when Grover has to get married to a cyclops because the cyclops thinks he is a “lady cyclops”.  So Percy and Annabeth want to go and help him, but they can’t, Clarisses does.  So they help a god, which I am not going to name.  They sneak out and well, you’ll find out.

I would rate this book a 10 out 10.  If you are a person that likes action and adventure than you should read this book.  I hope you have fun reading this book!

Miracle Pets is a great book by Allan Zullo.  This genre is informational.  It was published by Scholastic Inc. in September 2011.  This book is about pets that have been in a life or death situation, but make it alive.  For example, the two pigs who escaped from a sausage factory, leaped into an icy river, and swam to safety, and made it alive.

I learned that animals can get into tough situations.  I also learned to check if your pet is actually dead before burning it.  In addition, I learned that not just humans are persistent.

I did like this book.  I would rate it as a 9.  I would recommend this book to a person who likes sad stories, but end with a twist.  Have fun reading this book.

The Lightning Thief is a great book by Rick Riordan. This book is about a boy, named Percy Jackson, who is a demigod.  He finds out his mom has been kidnapped so he goes to find her along went his friends Annabeth and Grover, but on his way he’s accused of something.  Want to know what happens next and what Percy’s going to do about it?  You’ll have to read the book to find out.

The genre of this book is traditional literature.  On a scale from 1-10, I say this book is a 10.  I really liked it.  If you’re a person who likes the unexpected then I recommend you read this book.  Hope you have fun reading this book!
