I am a fifth grade student at Marseilles Elementry school. My ame is Miranda and I want to make a difference in my world. I am only ten Years old and care than more than some adults. We need to recycle and make it a law. I know everyone will die aventually but it will be horrible if someone dies because of the earth. A little group can make a big difference and a big group can make a bigger difference. It is time to make a difference and we better think fast.

   I did not go to a hotel but i got to visit my friend. I stayed the night at her house for 2 nights. We had a great time . She lives by a park and we went there. We also played in her yard we played softball.

     The day before Easter I went to morris to my aunts house. We played baseball there to. All my cousins were there. Before we went to the house we had my cousin Colin’s christining. I had a great time I wish I could visit more.

     On Easter mt grandma came over. We had a Easter egg hunt. It was fun because I won 3 dollars but i had to give 1 to my sister. We had ham it was not that good so I didn’t eat it. There were other things though. I won the most eggs at the Easter egg hunt. I can’t wait till next Easter.

My drawing for the Pet Project contest!

From grades fourth to sixth we are having a pet project contest. A pet project contest is when you draw a picture to go with their logo. The logo for this contest is ”Save a Life , Adopt a stray”. We are trying to persaude people to adopt a pet. There are plenty of animals.

If we win we will get a t-shirt with our drawing, a gift certificate to book mouse in Ottawa , and alot of kisses from the pets. We have a good chance to win because there will not be alot of people entering. I think it will be cool if I could win it because I have never won anything and I love pets.

I can’t wait until Spring Break! I might go to a hotel and bring a friend. We are going to a hotel with a swimming pool we are also going to stay the night. It will be very fun. My friend lives in Seneca. I never get to see her so my mom said that I could bring her.

Van Gogh Art Project

I think this art project is very neat. My teacher has very good ideas. This proect is very fun we got to use color pastels.while we were doing this we all were sharing and listening to music. rveryone had lots of fun. Whenever someone came in the room they said they liked it. we got to work on it in all our free time.
