“My new song”

Hi,I am Ber. I want to share a song that I have invented with you. I was shy of singing it in class the other day when Greta told us we could sing before the exam. Its name is:

I have a dream

I have a dream in my head, with all my secrets and all the truths I know. I want to say the truth! I am a girl this is true. I want to tell you with my heart that I am not the person that you want. You want,and you want and you want you waaaaaaaaaaant.

    Wow Ber! What a great post! I loved the song! I’d love to hear you sing this song! Please whenever you feel ready to do it, sing it…I’m sure you are really good at singing.
    I loved the song you wrote, it has a very important message. We must be who we want to be and not what others want us to be.
    I like singing, but I’m a bit shy to sing, to be honest… what about you? Do you like singing?

    I love singing, but unfortunately I have a horrible singing voice. Little kids put their hand over my mouth when I start, that’s how bad I sound. I admired people that can sing well.

    Well I sing when no one is around and I sing really loud. How about you? Do you have a good voice? Do you sing only when you are by yourself?

    Nice Post! I really like your song that you wrote. It is really cool. I have never written a song in my life but mabey I will try now. you must have nerves of steel to sing that in front of your whole class. I could never do that.

    What a beautiful song! Thanks for sharing it!

    Your blog reminded me that I haven’t done much singing lately. A few years ago I was in our Jerusalem community theatre production of the musical, ANNIE, and I got to play President Roosevelt (I think FDR was one of our greatest presidents–I admire him so much!)

    Anyway, I got to sing the song “Tomorrow” with Annie and I’ll never forget those wonderful moments. Do you know that song? It’s so optimistic!

    I really like your song. I think it’s cool that you can create songs this good already. I can tell so much about your personality just from your song. I think you should definitely sing this song in class. I think your classmates will love it and I know your teacher will be blown away at her little songwriter :-)

    Hello Ber, I came across your song through your teacher’s tweet. Your song is mysterious because you call it I Have A Dream, but you don’t really say what that dream is or why you’re not what the reader/listener wants. Maybe you should have some more verses to help us understand.
