This week is sadly the very last week of school and I just have no idea what to do.

We were all gatherd together in room 19 and Mrs.Sharma ( Middle Senecite Deputy Teacher ) was calling out are names to put us in the class we were going to be put in and I was so blessed to be in such a cool class.

Now we are at the end of the year and it feels like it has just been 1 week of school.

I would to like to thank Mr.Wood for being a fantastic and great teacher.

This is me racing . AS ONE

On  Wednesday 23rd of november 2010 Bailey Rd school had athletics day,Jumping,running ,sweating and looking at faces turn red because of the SUN .

On the day the school field was split into three stations.

1. High Jump,Long jump,shot pot.

2. Racing and relays.

3. Egg in the spoon,potato sack race,water cup race,ball up and over race game,ball under race,and side to side stick pole game.

In my basic facts result my weakest mark is 50

and my highest score in basic facts test is 57

The strategics  that I used in my basic facts are:

1. Do the easy ones first then go back and figure out the hard ones later.

2.Compatible numbers

3.Reveersibility

4. Doubling and Halving

I would like to egnolge my teacher for giving us hope of improving in maths and for always giving us good tips when we do our Basic Facts Test.

Hi my name is Mapili and on tuesday our tried out a explosive team challenge.

First, Mr Wood explained  to us the rules that were requied of us

The Rules

1. The volcano hat was to fit perfectly on your head and not to fall of.

2. We had a max time was 30 min.

3.It had to stand out with bright colours.

4.THe volcano hat had to have a good explanation of how a volcano works.

Second,Mr Wood choose who we were going to work with.

My team was Nick,Kiu and Anitesh.

I was the one who folded up the piece of A4 white blank paper into a humungous hat,Then after I fineshed folding the hat Nick and Kiu coloured the hat with brown, orange,yellow and red pastols and craons to give it that 3D effect,then in the end we choose Anitesh to ware the colourful spectacular volcano hat.

I think that we agreed with great colours and ideas that made the volcano hat colourful and fantastic and one thing we could of did better was to put more detail in to our volcano hat.
