Medifast Shakes: Medifast became one of the most popular diet plans lately due to the fact they make it quite simple for you to follow their plan. I cannot take credit from them, they have helped a lot of people to lose weight and I hope guide many more. However, their shakes don't really contain enough nutrients to become meal replacement shakes and they have Acesulfame K.

It is all natural, it's got whey protein (which is the only factor that prevents the whole shake from being vegan) and possesses a ton, and I mean a lot of great nutrients. Probiotics, digestive enzymes, antioxidants, supergreens... If you can think about something healthy, it is usually in Shakeology. And, they don't really even advertise it a weight loss product but because a complete, nutritious, healthy meal.
