Teresa Bond

Teresa Bond is a sixth grade Language Arts teacher at Benton Middle School in Benton, Arkansas.  She has taught for 15 years, the first 10 in Texas and the last 5 in Arkansas.  Teresa has her bachelor’s degree in Education with a reading specialization from Baylor University and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University.  Teresa was named the 1999 Elementary Teacher of the Year for the Round Rock Independent School District in Texas where she also trained other teachers in the area of literacy.  She has been published and has presented at conferences across the nation. Teresa loves to meet other educators and learn from them, and she is so excited about the many changes in education, especially in the area of technology.
